      Pros

      Working here you feel like you are part of a family. Everyone believes in the mission of medical education and that results in a very dedicated and driven team all working together towards a common goal. Great benefits are provided too.

      It can get busy at times but we're a victim of our own success!

      Pros

      Since starting with the company, I have experienced nothing but a community of dedicated professionals who are passionate about excellence and strive to make every educational event successful. My colleagues and my manager are always supportive and willing to collaborate and offer assistance when needed. The sense of teamwork is truly uplifting. The company also actively promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It is truly a great place to work.

      Cons

      The workload can vary from season to season which may require flexibility and adaptability from employees. I personally find it challenging and exciting but prospective employees may need to prepare for this.
