I have been in the non-profit world for almost 30 years, and Pendleton Place is by far the best I have worked for. In addition to Leadership doing what they say, they manage in a way that elevates employees to WANT to do their best. They put the resources needed into the projects they create, which creates an environment that makes staff feel valued for the work they do. Pendleton Place is very flexible with employee work/life balance.
Cons
The salary at Pendleton Place is the only con, but it is not as low as other non-profits.
