Pros

Standard amount of vacation days Work from home occasionally due to inclement weather Casual dress on Fridays

Cons

The work day started later but would also end later than the average day which took away from general quality of life. No lunch break was provided during the day. Had to use cell phone for conference calls with clients. Computer provided was at least 10 years old and I had to utilize my personal computer very often. Opportunities for growth were promised but it was obvious once starting that it was not likely. Lots of stress due to mis-communications with management and large workload.

Pros

They have team meetings every morning and have strong morale. Everyone is very kind and SMART because of their hiring policy, only hiring senior level and strategic thinkers. I see the magic the teams do on a daily basis and the clients are always impressed since they are able to deliver on strategic Digital and PR campaigns that drives sales.

Cons

The teams are very passionate about their work that leads to work-talk 24-7.
