The upper management team at Perkopolis is supportive and approachable. They listen to employee feedback and suggestions, weather about your role, about workflow of a team itself, or general small talk! The workload can be demanding at times, a given since a main part of the business is ecommerce, however the work-life balance is not something that is compromised.

Cons

Small team, so you are often in multiple teams depending on the department you are in (not always a con if that is what you are looking for, especially with a smaller company, but something to be aware of looking into a role)
