      Pros

      Perry Homes has been one of the most supportive environments I’ve worked in. The leadership team genuinely invests in your growth and gives you room to take ownership of meaningful cloud projects instead of just maintaining legacy tech. I had the opportunity to work on Azure infrastructure modernization efforts, implement security best practices, and improve automation across the environment—projects that strengthened my skills and directly contributed to the company’s cloud maturity. The team culture is collaborative, respectful, and focused on learning. Work-life balance is solid, and leadership consistently recognizes hard work and encourages professional development.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Because the company is growing its cloud footprint, some processes are still maturing, but leadership is open to ideas and gives engineers the freedom to improve things, which ultimately turns this into a positive.
