      Pros

      Positive work environment - A small team of friendly people. Everyone works really hard, but there's still a lot of fun. I feel valued by all of my colleagues and the senior management.

      Cons

      The business is constantly changing and this can be challenging. However, this also means you do a lot of learning in a short space of time.

      Pros

      A delightful place to work! It is such a friendly office environment and, of course, super dog-friendly! Everyone is really sociable and friendly and wants to build the business to be the best it can be. The company is open to new ideas and the team all help to support one another, and they provide good training and are always happy to support your career development.

      Cons

      Nothing to note! It's a growing business, so as long as you want to come and join an ambitious team, then you certainly won't regret it!
