Pros
Phoenix works hard to do what is best for its employees and really looks out for its employees. If you work hard and put in your time, it will not go unrecognized. They have a great support system in place and have very good work life balance. They also have an owner who cares which shows.
Cons
Not an easy industry to work in. This is at no fault to the company. It takes a certain type of person to be successful in condominium management

Pros
Family atmosphere, good communication, a place to learn and grow, terrific people. The majority of employees are truly doing the best they can and believe in their work. I find the work both challenging and interesting and the opportunities to explore other areas of my strengths have been given to me hand over fist.
Cons
No incentives for growth, long hours with little recognition for self improvement or proffesional growth.
