Pros
Every opinion here is respected and valued by the management. Not the typical toxic environment in MNC, probably the age of the overall employees is rather young, hence everyone is approachable and always ready to help!
Cons
Need to be a quick learner and not a place for spoon-fed individuals as things are sometimes rather scattered around.
