Pros

I just recently started at PDS. I like the small family feel of the company. Everyone really enjoys what they do and there is an overall positive vibe. The company is forward thinking and flexible.

Cons

I've only been at company for a few weeks. I'm too new to know yet...

- autonomy over design and creative decisions - variety of project types, clients, and design styles - freedom in scheduling and office hours - unique and creative design opportunities - a career in the mountains isn't always easy, but Pinnacle makes it possible, enjoyable, and desirable.

Cons

- these's not a designated structure or process - not many opportunities for continued education - growth is limited
