      Pros

      Early stage startup with high valuation and good business opportunities.

      Cons

      All 4 founders are moving in different directions so there is no clear priority or strategy, even when key initiatives are committed to. Some of the worst managers/executives I have ever seen - they put insane pressure on people to reach impossibly ambiguous outcomes ("make a product people love"). If you don't meet their expectations in 14-30 days, you are gone with little to no opportunity to improve.
