      Globally oriented organisation, large variety of different nationalities, diversity in tasks, dynamic, modern and stimulating office space, easy going atmosphere.

      Cons

      When a company grows this fast it becomes more difficult to know all of your colleagues.

      Pros

      Operates in a fast growing market, makes you feel part of something big and beautiful happening. For this reason it is very interesting to be involved in the configuration and development of PL softwares. Clients from all over the world make the work more stimulating. Colleagues are friendly and the environment in general is very human and relaxed. Management is very down to earth and available, really great to work with.

      Cons

      Shifting from one function to another can be relatively slow in some cases e.g. if you have a preference in a different position. That's because everyone is busy with projects on the short term. You need to have time and patience, but eventually all requests will be addressed.
