      Pros

      Great company for independent contractors! They offer extra money per hour if you supervise an assistant, even for your own cases. The administration is super kind, responsive, and efficient. They have opportunities for professional development which is helpful. They are supportive but do not micromanage.

      Cons

      Over the years they have not been the most helpful in getting referrals for me in specific area, but this ultimately hasn't mattered as I've never had a problem finding cases on my own.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Positive Outcomes takes care of the billing after you submit a claim so you do get paid on time.

      Cons

      No insurance. Pay does not increase unless state decides to provide more funding.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Positive Outcomes. I enjoy the flexibility of scheduling and the ease of the billing process. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to any questions I may have.
