Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my time at Postman. The company has a very positive and welcoming culture, and it’s easy to feel comfortable from day one. Everyone is approachable, supportive, and willing to help whenever needed.
One thing that stands out is the people. I’ve had the chance to work with some amazing colleagues who are not only talented but also genuinely friendly. Teamwork and collaboration happen naturally, which makes work much more enjoyable.
The office environment is another big plus. It’s a great place to work, with a good atmosphere that helps you stay productive while also making work feel less stressful.
The managers are supportive and understanding. They trust their teams, provide guidance when needed, and encourage employees to take ownership of their work. I’ve always felt that my contributions were valued and appreciated.
Overall, Postman is a company where you can learn, grow, and work with great people in a supportive environment.
Cons
Nothing as such. Only one thing that was a bit of con was that there is very less seafood options in lunch :(
