      Pros

      You are given ample opportunity to grow as long as you work and do a good job. Salary is negotiable and reasonable Great place to start if you don't have real world experience yet. They are really good about hiring people to give them their starting experience. Benefits are good complete with Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k. Up to 10 days vay cay, Bank hours and holidays off.

      Cons

      Turn over can be bad if work is bad, and work is bad if cell companies put projects on hold or don't want to start new projects.

      Pros

      The people are friendly and helpful, very accepting and inviting. We had many lunches as an office, going out for pizza or bbq, good conversation and made some good friends.

      Cons

      Market based work, so when your market is dried up you are too if no more work is in your area, though they do contact previous employees if the market opens again.

      Pros

      They are a great company to work for especially if you are a self-starter that does not need to be micromanaged. They trust you to do your job and do it right.

      Cons

      It's Telecom/Wireless, the job is only as stable as the market is for jobs. Layoffs are fairly common.
