Fun Relaxed atmosphere, Nice people, flexible work schedule, New & growing facilities, compensation and benefits are not bad, not the best, but not bad.
Cons
Required to learn everything about the what company produces in a very short amount of time, NOT Humanly Possible!! to learn every aspect of the oil industry products and process used, in only a year.

Co workers are helpful and they are needed as management offers no solutions or help

Cons upper management - no direction, continuation changes without thought or conequenses of company or added workload hoping for a different outcome.
