Pros
4-day work weeks, do I need to say anything else? It is a small company where everyone works together to continue to grow. No one is trying to work 60 hours a week to get ahead. I kind of think of it as a lifestyle company.
Cons
Not working 60 hours a week means we aren't paid as much as some of those other consulting companies that work you till you burn out.
