Upper Management from President to Leadership level, have a solid plan for continued growth and profitability. President does not sweep issues under the carpet - or ignore them- He addresses them ... good management philosophy!
Cons
Staff in Rochester Location have worked with Gillette or Nationwide since high school- ( about 30 years) and believe they know everything... These few create a very toxic work environment. ALSO.....Quite a few employees still smoke cigarettes - pretty unhealthy

Great atmosphere - most people are very nice... Company offers competitive salary and benefits, and most of the time your job duties, responsibilities and deadlines are communicated very well.
Cons
Upper Management is constantly changing, out with the new president, in with the newer president... and the original Family owned and operated atmosphere is disappearing. There are a few dinosaurs roaming the manufacturing and bookkeeping departments that are placing their personal agendas or personality faults first - over the company goals... .. but for the most part- everyone else is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
