Pros
A great office environment to work in. Everyone is friendly and you are not over worked. Your accomplishments are noticed because the office is small. Good place to work if you don't have a higher education or if you are just starting a career and don't require a huge salary.
Cons
Premier tends to hire people without a college education because most of their office jobs do one require one and they can pay their employees less. If you have a college education, pay is on the low to comparable end of other salaries for small companies in Tallahassee.
