FUN team, great culture, caring owner and cool clients
Pros
I've been working at Prim for a couple years now and have never experienced a work environment that cares so much for their team. The owner encourages mental health days, gives everyone their birthday off and gives us the gift card trade she gets from clients (restaurants, hotels and shopping). She asks for our feedback often and creates an opportunity to ask for support from the team during meetings. The leadership is the same in that they seem to really care. Our social director provides "social sabbaticals" to ensure that we don't experience burnout (a common problem with social media management). If I have a recommendation or request, I feel comfortable bringing it to the leadership at Prim. Being a smaller company, they seem to be very open to suggestions for improvement. I couldn't love my team more. Although I'm not required to go into the office, I always have a good time when I do.
Cons
The clients can be difficult and expect us to go out of scope at times. The office space is pretty small. It gets crowded if the entire team is there.
