      Pros

      The people are great. The managers are great. The company has a strong direction. The technology is really cool. The tech stack is incredible. As a software engineer, this is exactly where you want to work.

      Cons

      Some of the newer products get shifted around a lot, but I think that's expected in a company responding to the market.
