Amazing culture with a really supportive environment. Work life balance is a big bonus with clarity breaks and flexible working from the office or home. Values based recruitment has produced a great team of people who are a joy to work with. Office dogs and the on site café are also a big plus. I have always felt supported and had great opportunities to grow, I've been allowed to run with my ideas and actively contribute to the development of the business. People are trusted to get on with the job with autonomy and a structured way to raise issued or ask for help. Staff are regularly recognised for good work and rewarded with management actively encouraging people to celebrate the good in weekly team meetings. There are also plenty of social events and amazing parties that help keep the team connected even with remote working.

Cons

Agency life is not for everyone, it is very fast paced and can at times be stressful but I wouldn't say there are any particular cons to Prodo if you enjoy the agency environment.
