      A Team That Inspires Me

      Pros

      People, people, people. Never in my career have I been surrounded by so many inspiring people. This team (at all levels) has continued to push me to show up and be the best version of me. We show up for each other so that we can in turn show up for our clients! Beyond the people, this organization is committed to providing growth opportunities that align with team member development goals.

      Cons

      As our clients continue to demand more from us, we are growing quickly. It can sometimes feel like we're building the plane while flying it - which on the flip side is really exciting and fun. There's a lot of opportunity to innovate and build as we grow!

      Why I Came Back to Project Outlier After ~1 Year

      Pros

      I worked for Project Outlier for 3.5 years before resigning in February of 2022 to transition into an industry job. During my time away, I came to miss the unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience that is working at Project Outlier. The people are ambitious, intelligent, and driven; relentlessly committed to serving their clients and helping them deliver life-changing drugs and gene therapies to patients in need. Now that I have returned, I feel connected to this mission now more than ever, and I am excited to contribute to it.

      Cons

      I would not recommend Project Outlier to those who are simply looking for a "job"; however, if you are looking for a career, this is a great place to learn all about consulting, project management, and personal growth and development. You will be challenged, and you will be better for it!

      Project Outlier is an exciting, team focused place to work. The leadership genuinely cares about the employees and actively works to provide what they need to be successful.

      Cons

      The fast paced nature of the work can be stressful, depending on your work personality. But if you like interesting work and seek to challenge yourself, you'll fit right in!
