This team is so focused on helping our customers learn how to get back up when they're knocked down. Also, there is a lot of opportunity to be a part of the problem solving process, so ideas are listened to and all taken into account when decisions are made. Also, I get to learn so many new things at this job and am encouraged to solve problems independently. The health benefits are great, better than I expected for a small startup.
