Pros
Access to some of the best in the insurance field. Complicated technology allowed for an awesome view into product and dev environments. Great culture. Amazing CEO, the VPs really knew what they were doing. Learned so much.
Cons
Tough industry to change, product was to robust to be agile to change. Other technologies came into the space making the sales even harder. Too much effort put in to allow for a turn around. The HR director was very fickle.
