      Top to bottom support for all employees; most people are extremely generous with their time for any questions, concerns, or chats.

      Sometimes the perks can become intrusive in getting the work done.

      Pros

      Genuinely good people as colleagues who are passionate in championing the business. Unlimited PTO, great company culture, and very collaborative ways of working IMO.

      Cons

      The company is modernizing its corporate operations by bringing on senior talents who are not very familiar with the unique culture of Cannabis community and that comes with some growing pains.
