Pulp is a company of talented, forward-thinking and passionate women making it an extremely exciting place to work, regardless of your role in the company. There's never a shortage of opportunity as you continuously get your hands on an array of projects that have a real impact on both the company and design industry. I really respect the way the owners and senior members have cultivated such a passionate, hard-working and fun company culture. It's a small company, so you really feel connected to the work and office. Evaluations and reviews of work always feel constructive which allows for positive professional growth and some bad a** results. You can tell the owners genuinely care about your work and professional growth by the way they provide support and feedback. Work-life balance is a dream and everyone that works in the office is hilarious. You work hard, but have a good time. There's truly never a dull moment
