Asked if available or not for upcoming events, good pay, other up staff are not difficult, get to work at events like festivals, concert, matches.
Cons
Given hectic and chaotic nature of event management, legislated break times are not guaranteed and you really have to ask; need someone to cover you for toilet breaks. Sometimes communication regarding duties is insufficient, while the nature of the work being a member of one company providing one service while several others and a venue staff too can lead to confusion in communication. Sometimes you are just sent to a new station at a venue without being told what exactly you will be doing. Job requires common sense, assertiveness, good people skills (not done, just saying)
