Given hectic and chaotic nature of event management, legislated break times are not guaranteed and you really have to ask; need someone to cover you for toilet breaks. Sometimes communication regarding duties is insufficient, while the nature of the work being a member of one company providing one service while several others and a venue staff too can lead to confusion in communication. Sometimes you are just sent to a new station at a venue without being told what exactly you will be doing. Job requires common sense, assertiveness, good people skills (not done, just saying)
