This is a rapidly growing company with savvy business execs and innovative scientists. There are tremendous opportunities for those who want to learn, grow, and make a difference to patients. It is exciting to be part of a team that is driving the development of novel drug delivery platforms that could be game-changers.

Cons

The company weathered the pandemic well, however there were some adverse effects. Rapid growth has lead to a lot of unfamiliar faces, especially now that those faces are on site more frequently. The company is endeavoring to remedy this situation with an increase in social events.
