Pros

Supportive Culture: The leadership team fosters an open, inclusive, and collaborative environment. People genuinely care about each other’s success. Opportunities for Growth: I’ve had the chance to work on challenging projects, expand my technical skills, and take ownership of impactful initiatives. Internal mobility and upskilling are encouraged. Flexible Work Environment: A healthy work-life balance is not just talked about — it’s respected. Hybrid/remote flexibility has been a huge plus. Global Exposure: Working with clients and colleagues from different parts of the world has broadened my perspective and sharpened my communication skills. Strong Values: The company truly lives by its values — whether it’s around customer focus, innovation, or inclusion.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are moments of change and realignment that can be fast-paced. Being adaptable is key. Some processes could benefit from more streamlining as teams scale — but improvements are being made.
