I recently started at Quality Controlled Manufacturing Inc. I must say I am impressed with the overall cleanliness, equipment conditions, and a great balance of work and life.
Cons
You need to purchase your own tools it's not a bad thing most shops ask you to purchase your own anyways. But if your on a budget it's a little difficult to purchase new tools.
