Pros

Since the pandemic, the company in India has re-invented the Work From Anywhere template. Apart from giving out a lot of freebies to make lives comfortable, WFH is now a long-term option with occasional visits to office which are optional. This gives a lot of flexibility and improves morale.

Cons

Team meetings are virtual and one loses the human contact angle. So, focus is largely around the software production with less interaction than desired.
