Pros
Family Businesses, Flexible Schedule, Dedication to servicing the war-fighter, Forward thinking President (Dave Lewis) that aggressively pursues new- out of the box- opportunities, Very easy to move up chain of command and make more money if you are producing results.
Cons
Losing prime contracts, smaller business means you may have to do many things that aren't in your "job title"

Pros
Family atmosphere, very flexible with work schedules, foward thinking leadership, good team effort by all, good pay and benefits. Work was challenging and got great support from leadership.
Cons
Unfortunately they lost some big contracts and we're not able to procure new work. Defense downsizing hurt this company went from 350 to 100 employees in a few months. Sad story. Cost cutting measures resulted in my job being outsourced.
