Losing prime contracts, smaller business means you may have to do many things that aren't in your "job title"
Family atmosphere, very flexible with work schedules, foward thinking leadership, good team effort by all, good pay and benefits. Work was challenging and got great support from leadership.

Unfortunately they lost some big contracts and we're not able to procure new work. Defense downsizing hurt this company went from 350 to 100 employees in a few months. Sad story. Cost cutting measures resulted in my job being outsourced.
