- flexible - ability to work from home when sick or away - great coworkers - willing to train you new skills - I enjoyed my time there. Thanks again for the opportunity to work with you all.
Cons
Nothing. The commute was too far for me.

- work remotely with full autonomy - great team that is experienced and gets the job done quickly - management is awesome and listens, very understanding - flexible work hours and vacation availability - laid back office vibe with no mircomanagement
Cons
- company culture could be stronger - not much in the way of staff functions, volunteer days, etc.
