[Fast growing industry with enormous learning opportunity] The company works in the field of Amazon ecommerce and is growing rapidly, here you can learn different phases of ecommerce management such as advertising and inventory management. There are not many places like RWN Solutions where you can learn so much at work. [A young startup where your voices are heard] As the company is so young, the management style is peer-base. The power distance is relatively low compare to other companies. Senior management will really consider your suggestions and allows you to put your suggestions into actions.
