Being you have a small NY office of colleagues to work with - you become a close-knit family. Everyone is very supportive of each other and willing to help each other out - teamwork makes the dream work! You are involved in almost every aspect of the industry - great for someone who is looking to get their feet wet in all areas of costume jewelry. You also work extremely closely with the President who provides for a stimulating, challenging and hard-working environment.
Cons
Small company = pressure to do well. If you do not mind stress, then it should not be a problem!
