      Pros

      Impact-Driven Work – I loved seeing how Re:Coded empowers students. Watching the students’ journey and growth was inspiring. People-focused approach - I loved how the team were built and connected and putted first, they were amazing for the people and for their students.

      Cons

      I didn’t encounter significant issues, but every collaboration has room for improvement. I just wished we continue and challenge the future.

      -not a remote company, a remote-FIRST company with robust systems for asynchronous and independent work. -dedicated and mission-oriented colleagues and students. -strong vision and leadership from C-suite.

      Cons

      -some difficulties presented when working across 8 timezones, but mostly alleviated due to robust processes for async work
