a) The Company has developed a unique tool for developing Contruction programs and monitoring projects using Critical Chain Project management techniques. The tool is extremely user-friendly and delivers accurate result among the tools available in the market. Having experienced working with the best construction firms globally, I never came across such a user-friendly tool my career earlier. b) Helpful peers - this makes a healthy environment to work in.

1. Work timings may not be as expected 2. Challenges at remote site location. No additional pay. 3. Salary is lower than its counterparts. 4. Not much clarity on bonus; paid very late.
