The leadership team is amazing, the CEO is always accessible, and the entire team is supportive and great to work with.
Cons
Working remotely makes it tricky to get to know all of the team members but the leadership team is doing some awesome things to promote a close and positive culture.
C-suite had an open-door policy they stuck to; benefits were great; close-knit teams; start-up feel; salespeople were rewarded based on performance, not racial or other identity (contrary to other job reviews I've seen of this company)
Cons
promotion probably didn't happen as quickly as it could have (in more than my personal case), but this was likely due to a recent acquisition; it's hard to know where it came from, but there was also the beginnings of an overly-sensitive, HR-laden culture as I was leaving; also, it did sometimes feel like we were more focused on revenue than customer care
