Pros
Owner is always willing to jump in and help everyone on staff. Great incentive plan and benefits package. Office atmosphere is upbeat and everyone works well together. I tell everyone how much I love my job!
Cons
During storms and other major weather events it gets busy - really busy - and overtime is expected and required.

Great team to be a part of. Management is willing to invest whatever time and tools are needed in order for employees to be successful.
Cons
Must be organized and able to multi task as you are required to perform a variety of tasks for each project. If you are not self motivated you will not last long.
