Pros

Fast paced and dynamic - a really interesting place to work. Seamless onboarding with excellent support for new starters joining remotely (this has been most imperative during the pandemic). Potential to grow as the company continues to flourish. Management is great, with a clear focus of where we are heading and what we are working towards. Great benefits including health schemes, a day off for your birthday and flexible working. Excellent leadership and drive from the Senior Management Team with weekly updates.

None that I can think of.
