New Era at RedShelf

Pros

RedShelf has been a fantastic experience from the start. The company’s mission to improve education through technology is inspiring, and the people here are even more impressive. Management is transparent, supportive, and fosters a flat structure where ideas are encouraged and valued. The hybrid work schedule provides great flexibility, and the office environment is amazing, stocked with the best food I’ve seen in the tech industry!

Cons

Like any company in growth mode, there are natural challenges to overcome, but nothing out of the ordinary. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
