Pros
Cloud and mobile based development (AWS and React native). A variety of technologies to get to grips with. (Typescript, AWS, React etc.) Sensible tooling for source control and tracking projects. (bitbucket, git, JIRA) Fast agile development using cross functional teams. Test / behaviour driven development encouraged. You are going to learn a lot and fast. Others there with skillsets you can learn from.

Lots to learn and adapt to.

Pros
Having worked in large organisations both public and private sector, I was understandably apprehensive taking up a position in a small start up however, in less than a year at Relative, I have been given opportunities, that I do not feel any other company out there no matter the size would offer. Relative encourages and supports personal and professional development and truly values the return this investment brings to the team and business. It is truly unique, forward thinking and is building a team and culture that appreciates everyones contribution.
Cons
Due to the nature of what Relative is building, there are high expectations on employees to be self motivated, to speak up and contribute their thoughts and of course to work hard and strive for continuous improvement. I personally would not label any of these as cons - as Relative offers the right environment to achieve and succeed at these things.
