Immediate management is great one of the best bosses I've ever had, they are actual human beings in management and will listen to you whenever you voice your opinion or share sugestion.

I get to work on interesting problems and enjoy the people I work with. There's different things to work on and culture is nice

Cons

Since it's a smaller company, there are sometimes many hats to wear, but it's not a huge deal, could be a plus really if you like that
