The team at Relish is amazing. Departments consistently collaborate and leadership is supportive at every level. You have flexibility to come up with a creative solution, back it up with data and then present it to the team. Problems are seen as opportunities of growth and wins are highly celebrated. Work and life are respected and valued. Excited about the continued success and ability to pivot despite Covid.
Cons
Not a con, just often needing to shift priorities or move in different directions depending on the industry need. At most smaller companies you will experience that and as long as you are go with the flow and organized, you will be successful.
