Good pay, benefits, friendly people, job security for most people(salaried positions) despite bad market conditions
Cons
Few opportunies for promotion; You have to seriously screw to be fired, so you end up careworking with a lot of people who don't care about their jobs; boring work, too much infrastructure and ridiculous emphasis on safety in roles where there is minimal need for it. No accomodation or flexibility with scheduling. Sexist, men in all the high ranking jobs.
