Pros
RFS has a relaxed atmosphere as far as coworkers go. 50% off of food at any of their locations.
Cons
Upper management runs the shifts as lean as possible. Tough to get days off since they only carry enough people to barely cover shifts. If someone calls out sick, its a double workload. Work life balance fell through the floor after working here Owner has exploited every loophole in the ACA to give as little benefits as possible.

Food was good and cooks were nice.
Cons
No management. Terrible owners. Sometimes no front of house staff would show up. A couple of times we were closed because none of the cooks showed up.
