      Pros

      - Good Pay - Unique and meaningful perks. (unlike the coupons worth lakhs which I can't redeem) - founders really care about their employees (not just professionally) - pure bliss to find such a early stage start-up which doesn't even want to under-pay the interns. (Non-paid intern is a big No)

      Cons

      So many treats/party's, and I am not much of a party person :(

      1. It's a Startup therefore if you are coming from a corporate culture, it would take time for you to adopt the startup culture (this statement is true for every startup)

      - Freedom to work in any domain of machine learning project lifecycle from research to production and working is also challenging. - Dedicated, competent and asynchronous team. - Great supporting people to help you in learning and solving problems if you are stuck.
