Need to have certain hierarchy and now it is one man show. I knew small organization can't sustain it but this can do that. Quality needs to have those things avail.
I work my own schedule . I enjoy working with people. I have a strong sales background. I have 25 years in sales and training along with financial services.
Cons
There are many times that I would prefer not to work evening, and weekends. sometimes the hours are to long . I am a team player, and also a husband and father.
