      Pros

      A good place to learn and grow. Quality projects and good work culture. People are helpful and the day is enjoyable. Overall I had a good experience working at Rethink UX.

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job - Making some technical decisions at the best of our abilities at the time of making them, i.e. Lack of a more technical person to guide us
