great environment and nice people almost like a startup. However, it's really well structured and organized for a company with less than 2 years. Great benefits to employees like Netflix. Opportunity to travel abroad to attend industry related events (more for the commercial team) and regular team-building activities. Your work is recognized by your superiors and it's a company focused on Meritocracy. There is room to grow inside the company and the communication flow works on a horizontal level. i've worked at REVLINKER for almost 2 years and never had to make extra hours, making employees the most value asset of the company.
